CTHB Hydraulic Breaker – Side Series
CTHB side-type rock breaker is a popular design for high-end demolition applications, such as high building and concrete wall demolition due to side-type hammers having the lowest installation point among those different types of rock breakers. After mounting on the excavator, CTHB side-type breakers are flexible to adjust the angle and can easily reach different positions by extending or contracting the excavator H-link.
For small-duty concrete hammers, we offer a 3-pin system bracket design, to reach the breaking points under the excavators, it mainly applies to breaking the bridge
Side type also can be mounted on the backhoe loaders, like CAT 420, JCB 3CX, and other brands of backhoe loaders, to help machines finish the demolition tasks.

Key Features
- Light-Weight and Bottom-Open Bracket Design: This design reduces the weight of the excavator stands when the excavator’s arm moves far. The bottom open design makes it more convenient to move the chisel back and forward.
- Extend the Length of Piston:
Increased impact force, and reduced recoil, effectively reducing the back reaction force on the excavator. - Cylinder Made by Special Alloy Material:
Multilayer heat treatment technology enhances the hardness of the cylinder surface from both inside and outside. - High-Performance Seal Kits:
Seal rings against dust and oil, also providing guidance and support, greatly reducing the occurrence of cylinder and piston scratches due to improper operation.
