CTHB has two types of normal-function quick couplers: hydraulic quick hitch and manual quick hitch, which is known as mechanical quick hitch. This excavator attachment helps the operator quickly attach or remove other attachments without leaving the cabin, disassembly, and assembly pins by hand.
Both excavator quick hitches have the cylinder, quick hitch coupler use the cylinder to expand and contract. The difference is manual quick coupler needs to use a hand to screw in and out, to control the cylinder contract and expansion; a hydraulic excavator quick coupler could control the process by a switch in the excavator cabin. - Using high-strength manganese steel and structurally integrated mechanical design, it is durable and suitable for the assembly needs of excavators of various tonnages.
- An electric switch is installed in the cab to replace costly oil pressure with electricity, making it easier for the driver to operate.
- Each oil cylinder is equipped with a hydraulically controlled one-way valve and a mechanical locking safety device to ensure that the quick coupler can work normally when the oil line and circuit are power off.
- A safety pin protection system is installed on each quick connector to ensure that the quick connector can work normally if the quick connector cylinder fails, functioning as a “double insurance”.
